Researchers have announced the result of two studies on the health effects of the drug aspirin(阿斯匹林). One study shows aspirin can sharply reduce the chance that a healthy, older man will suffer from a heart attack.
The study offered two new results from earlier findings. It said taking one aspirin pill every other day helped only healthy men over the age of fifty. It also said aspirin gave the greatest protection against heart attacks to men with low blood cholesterol(膽固醇) levels.
Earlier in the United States began a major aspirin study in the early 1980s. it included 22,000 healthy men doctors. All were between the ages of forty and eighty-four. More than 11,000 of the doctors took a harmless pill that contained no drug. The men did not know which kind of pill they were taking.
The doctors who took aspirin suffered 44% fewer heart attacks than those taking the harmless pill. 139 men who took aspirin suffered from heart attacks. Ten of them died. 239 men who didn’t take aspirin suffered from heart attacks. Twenty-six of them died.
The researchers said the doctors’ study provides clear proof that taking aspirin can prevent a first heart attack in healthy, older men. They said ,however, the result does not mean every man over the age of fifty should take aspirin. They said aspirin couldn’t help men who do not eat healthy foods, who smoke cigarettes and who are fat. The researchers said men who think they would be helped by taking aspirin should talk with their doctors first.

We have always been warned of the dangers of forest fires. They cause _____ 85 _____ to a forest. They kill many plants and animals in an eco-system, which is a group of living things and their environment. But have you ever heard of a forest fire that can be _____86_____  for a forest? People start some of the fires with a special reason to actually do good to the eco-system.
In fact, fires are a natural part of any eco-system. Without fires, the oldest and largest trees would stop sunlight from reaching the forest floor. Fires can _____87_____ some of these old trees. When the trees die, they provide something good for the earth. New trees can grow strong and healthy in their place.
Some trees even need fires to grow. These trees hold their seeds (種子) inside. Heat from a fire allows the coat of the seeds to open up. Then the seeds fall to the ground and have the _____88____ to grow/
Scientist, who know about nature’s needs, start some of these fires, called controlled burns. A fire is started and kept under control. This way, the fire does not spread out of the area or _____89_____ a after forest fires, they can go hungry _____90_____ their food has been damaged in the fire. Small, controlled fires mean than animals will not have to move far to find food. After some time, small plants begin to grow. Animals return soon after the plants return. This _____91_____  makes an eco-system.
So the next time you hear about a forest fire, think about the good as well as the bad. It may take a new eco-system a while to return, but it will likely come back stronger and healthier than ever.

Escaping a fire is a serious matter.Knowing what to do during a fire can save your life.It is important to know the ways you can use and show them to everyone in the family, such as stairways and fire escapes, but not lifts.
From the lower floors of the buildings, escaping through windows is possible, learn the best way of leaving by windows with the least chance of serious injury.
The second floor window is usually not very high from the ground. An average(平均高度的)person, hanging by the finger-tips will have a drop of about six feet to the ground. It is about the height of an average man.Of course,it is safer to jump a short way than to stay in a burning building.
Windows are also useful when you are waiting for help.Be sure to keep the door closed.Or smoke and fire may be drawn into the room.Keep your head low at the window to be sure you get fresh air rather than smoke that may leaked(滲)into the room.

By learning to forget
Most of us have probably been        with our friends, parents or teachers. Perhaps they said something you didn't like, or you felt unfair. Sometimes, people can stay angry for years about a small problem. Time goes by, and good friendships may       .
Perhaps we have seen young children playing together. Sometimes they have disagreements, and decide         to each other. However, this usually does not.            for long. This is an important.         for us: we can solve a problem       learning to forget.

Many students often complain about       . They might feel they have      work to do sometimes, or think the school rules are too      We must learn how to change these "problems" into "challenges". Education is an important part of our development.      young adults, it is our duty to try our best to deal with each challenge in our education       the help of our teachers.
By thinking of something worse
By comparing.         to other people, you will find your problems are not so terrible.
