　　After having exercise in the gym tonight, I just had a shower to relax for a while．While calming myself down with soft music, I started to recall what happened in the daytime and wrote it down．

　　As I realize how important it is to put the health matter ahead．I am willing to do more exercise．I know exercise can bring me enjoyment and health．I know without health, even a most successful career and a great quantity of money will lose their meanings．
