閱讀下面的文字，完成小題。
針挑土（芳菲）
從湘西回來(lái)，和朋友們說(shuō)起黑妮；說(shuō)起在鳳凰的偶遇，說(shuō)起跟她去苗寨跑了一天，看她做的種種事，感慨得很；說(shuō)想起一句記不全的俗語(yǔ)，“什么什么像針挑土，什么什么像水推沙”，黑妮就是在針挑土；黑妮！黑妮……
一說(shuō)起黑妮，腦子里一邊浮現(xiàn)她樸素清瘦的樣子，不知為什么有隱隱的心疼。鳳凰是她的故鄉(xiāng)，但和我們這些外人在一起，倒是她有幾分害羞靦腆。黑妮如今工作、居住在意大利，做湘西扶貧工作的時(shí)間不短了。最初是一幫一地助學(xué)，先后幫了幾十個(gè)孩子。前些年申請(qǐng)到一筆經(jīng)費(fèi)，設(shè)計(jì)了“湘援游”這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。如今每年都會(huì)回來(lái)幾趟，帶來(lái)游人，帶來(lái)捐款；關(guān)鍵是，耐心地、苦口婆心地，教苗族婦女如何保存她們優(yōu)美的刺繡藝術(shù)。“負(fù)責(zé)任的旅游”，聽(tīng)黑妮說(shuō)，這一旅游概念正在歐洲興起，它強(qiáng)調(diào)旅行者對(duì)目的地生存和文化的責(zé)任，在旅游資費(fèi)中，捐出一部分作為扶持當(dāng)?shù)乜沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的基金。
黑妮就在其中做穿針引線的工作。
她在大山里找出苗族傳統(tǒng)文化仍保持良好的村寨，從房屋構(gòu)造、村寨形態(tài)、人倫禮儀……最后落實(shí)到婦女們的苗繡——這是可以直接帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的活計(jì)。傳統(tǒng)苗繡繽紛五彩，靈動(dòng)有情，但如今在慢慢地退化、消失，機(jī)器繡品在泛濫。黑妮，就要跟她們一遍遍地講，什么是好，什么是不好，不要跟著外面轉(zhuǎn)，要相信你們的祖母和母親，看著眼前的山水，懷著美好的心愿，做自己創(chuàng)造性的苗繡。
那天，我們上午去的是老家寨，一路顛簸，開(kāi)了一個(gè)多小時(shí)，我已經(jīng)在揪著心開(kāi)始暈車了。最后步行20分鐘進(jìn)寨。在山間步行其實(shí)是美好的，暖暖的冬陽(yáng)，彎彎曲曲鑲嵌在田野中的蠻石路，清新的空氣，收割干凈的田野……老家寨的婦女已得知黑妮要來(lái)，身著節(jié)日服裝的她們已經(jīng)聚集等候，先用快樂(lè)的迎客歌在院子里歡迎，然后進(jìn)屋拿出各自的繡品，等黑妮來(lái)評(píng)判。
看樣子情況不樂(lè)觀。黑妮沒(méi)有面露喜色，也沒(méi)有慍色。她還是那么一字一句、認(rèn)真地批評(píng)她們：“這個(gè)不好，一看就是跟機(jī)器學(xué)的。”“這個(gè)線不好，要用棉線。我們這次帶了些來(lái)。”……
黑妮，你這是在做什么？我站在院子里看著這一幕情景，有點(diǎn)發(fā)懵。她從那么遠(yuǎn)跑來(lái),又跑了這么久的山路,就是想通過(guò)幾句溫和的話塑造她們對(duì)美和丑的觀念嗎?堂屋壁板上貼滿各種畫片,是這個(gè)家的裝飾墻,也好似所有外來(lái)影響的象征:正中一張有些陳舊的毛主席像,把一個(gè)更陳舊的大紅雙喜字貼去了一大半,左邊是海南風(fēng)光照,右邊是明星李小龍的赤身拳照,兩個(gè)胖娃娃圖片,一幅小小的西洋畫《泉》。
下午去另一個(gè)苗寨，又是近兩小時(shí)車程。“這一個(gè)繡得比較好，就是村寨的形態(tài)不如老家寨，建了些新房�！焙谀輰�(duì)一個(gè)個(gè)目的地都很了解。等到回程，太陽(yáng)已經(jīng)有倦容了。
晚上我們?cè)阢吋蜷_(kāi)的咖啡館休息聊天。吉夫是湘援游志愿者，今天一路一直是他提著大包的棉線。黑妮的湘援游，就是靠這些當(dāng)?shù)氐闹驹刚�，不取一毫地付出，才運(yùn)作起來(lái)。今天開(kāi)車的“李萬(wàn)通”，也有自己的公司。
咖啡館的壁掛上有一個(gè)插頁(yè)，取下一看，是鳳凰手繪地圖，封面圖案取自傳統(tǒng)苗繡，那五彩靈動(dòng)的喜鵲，我看得呆了一下，原來(lái)這樣好。地圖10元一份，買下可算對(duì)湘援游的支持，還可得一枚徽章作獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。我想了想，紅著臉買了四份，說(shuō)回去送朋友。素靜的黑妮眼睛亮了。老天！
這有什么用！我心里說(shuō)。
有沒(méi)有用，真不知道，但我忘不掉他們。我查了針挑土的俗語(yǔ)，原來(lái)是這樣說(shuō)的：“成家好似針挑土，敗家好似水推沙”，“賺錢好似針挑土，花錢好似水推沙”，一下把我的心挑亮了！既然世世代代，要成就一件事都這樣難，從來(lái)就這樣難，那么，以難易成敗來(lái)衡量黑妮們的行為，有什么意義呢？且寫下這一短文，送上對(duì)她的祝福吧。
