My good habit is early to bed to rise. Two years ago, when I was a Grade 7 student, I liked reading books in bed. Every day after I finished my homework, I lay in bed until 24:00 o’clock. The next day I couldn’t get up on time. I used to be late for school, and I felt tired in class. It was too bad. With the help of my teacher and my parents, I gave up the bad habit.
