Hi,dear teenagers! Do you know how to be healthy? Here are some rules you should follow.
First, eat different foods, especially fruit and vegetables. You may have a favourite food, but you’d better eat something different. If you eat different foods, you will probably get more nutrients your body needs.
Second, drink water and milk as often as possible. When you’re really thirsty, cool water is the No. 1 choice. Milk is a great drink that can give you more calcium your body needs to grow strong bones.
Third, listen to your body. How do you feel when you are full? When you are eating, notice how your body feels and when your stomach feels comfortably full. Eating too much will not make you feel comfortable and make you fat.
Fourth, limit screen time. Screen time is the time you watch TV, DVDS and videos, or using computers. It is good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding and swimming. You can’t watch TV for more than two hours a day.
Fifth, be active. One thing you’d like to do as a kid is to find out which activity you like best. Find ways to be active every day.
Follow these rules and you can be a healthy kid.
1.You should eat different foods especially ___________.
A. meat B. hamburgers C. sweets D. fruit and vegetables
2.Which kind of drinks can give you more calcium?___________.

Once upon a time, there was a garden in the village. Its owner was an old man. He had been away for several years to visit his friends. It was a large lovely garden with soft green grass and beautiful flowers. While the old man was away, some children came to play in the garden every afternoon. The birds in the garden sang so sweetly that the children used to stop their games to listen to them. For them, the time they spent there was the happiest they had ever had.
One day the old man came back. When he saw the children playing in his garden, he was very angry. "What are you doing here?" he shouted. "Nobody except myself is allowed to play in my garden." The children were terrified and ran away. Then spring came, but it was still winter in the old man’s garden. There were blossoms (花) and birds all over the village, except in the garden. Students these days often have a lot of worries. Sometimes they have problems with their schoolwork, and sometimes with their friends. Some people think the worst thing is to do nothing. Laura Mills, a teenager from Washington, agrees. “Problems and worries are normal in life,” says Laura. “But I think talking to someone helps a lot. If we don’t talk to someone, we’ll certainly feel worse.”
Laura once lost her purse, and worried for days. She was afraid to tell her parents about it. She even walked three miles to school each day because she didn’t have any money. She just kept thinking. “If I tell my parents, they’ll be angry!” But in the end, she talked to her parents and they were really understanding. Her dad said he sometimes made careless mistakes himself. They got her a new purse and asked her to be more careful. “I will always remember to share my problems in the future!” Laura says.
Robert Hunt advises students about common problems. He feels the same way as Laura. “It is best not to avoid our problems. We should always try to solve (解決) them.” He thinks that you can first find someone to talk to. This person doesn’t need to be an expert (專家) like himself. Students often forget that their parents have more experience than them, and are always there to help them.
In English, we say that sharing a problem is like cutting it in half. So you’re halfway to solving a problem if you talk to someone about it!

A. What can they do about this?

A. answer a question B. give an example

3.According to the passage Robert Hunt might be ______.
A. Laura’s teacher
B. the writer of the passage
C. a person with a problem
D. an expert on students’ problem
4.What is the main idea of this passage?
A. Few children are careful with their money.
B. Parents are more experienced than children
C. Talking to someone helps to solve problems.
