Many people like eating junk foods, because they thought they are delicious. But in fact, these foods are not healthy. That we need most is a balanced diet. Eating a balanced diet mean choosing a wide variety of foods from all the food groups. A balanced diet provides different kinds of nutrition(營(yíng)養(yǎng)) with our body. We need a balanced diet to keep healthy. Therefore, many people still have unhealthy eating habits, that will do harm to their health. I think is necessary for us to have three meals a day properly.
