Firstly, we should not be ashamed of our figure. We are in the process of growing up, so it is natural for us to experience some body changes. What really matters is that we should keep a balanced diet. Besides, the reason why we often have arguments with our parents or our friends is that we are becoming more and more mature, so we gradually tend to believe in ourselves.
