【答案】Opinions are divided on this question. Some students like elderly teachers' teaching because they think elderly teachers have more teaching experience. What’s more, elderly teachers tend to be more patient and careful with explanations.

Some students, however, prefer to be taught by young teachers. In their views, young teachers are more energetic and enthusiastic. Usually they can make their classes lively and interesting. In addition, they are more ready to accept or create new ideas, including teaching.

As for me, I prefer young teachers to elderly teachers, for we students have much in common with young teachers. They are our friends as well as teachers. Besides, most young teachers are willing to devote themselves to their work, which without doubt is beneficial to us students.
