1.把to改為 of 或把learning改為learn     考查固定短語     固定短語 a way to do sth或a way of doing sth  意為:做某事的方法;故有以上兩種改法;
2.在 like后加it      考查代詞的用法   本句的意思是:并且我非常喜歡(旅游);由于句中缺少的是賓語travelling,并且為了避免與上一句中的travelling重復(fù),故用代詞it;
3.把of改為from       考查固定短語     固定短語choose from"從…中挑選出";故改為from;
4.把neither改為either    考查句意理解以及固定短語    根據(jù)上一句"There are many kinds of…travelling.當(dāng)旅行的時候,有許多可供選擇的交通工具"可知,此處表示具體的舉例說明,即:我們要么可以乘飛機(jī)、火車、公共汽車、汽車,自行車,輪船,要么甚至可以步行著去旅行;固定短語 either…or…"要么…要么…";neither…nor"既不…也不…"; 故改為either;
5.把feet改為foot      考查固定短語     固定短語on foot意為"步行";故用foot;
6.去掉bike前面的a    考查固定短語     固定短語by bike意為"騎自行車";故去掉a;
7.把cheaply改為cheap      考查形容詞     此處用來描述主語it(代指騎自行車)的好處,故用形容詞cheap;
8.把help改為helps     考查主謂一致      分析句意可知,本句的謂語部分是由并列連詞not only…but also 連接在一起的;因此此處的主語應(yīng)是it,由于前半句使用了一般現(xiàn)在時,所以此處的謂語動詞應(yīng)使用第三人稱單數(shù)形式;故用helps;
9.把Compare改為Compared   考查過去分詞      根據(jù)句意可知,此處在句中作方式狀語;動詞compare與其邏輯主語riding a bike構(gòu)成動賓關(guān)系;意為:(將騎自行車)與其他的出行方式相比較;故用過去分詞Compared;
10.把little改為less  考查形容詞的比較級  根據(jù)上一句可知,此處是將騎自行車與其他的出行方式相比較;故用形容詞的比較級less.

11.Although they are an inexpensive supplier of vitamins,minerals,and high-quality protein,eggs also contain a high level of blood cholesterol(膽固醇),one of the major causes of heart disease.One egg yolk,in fact,contains a little more than two-thirds of the suggested daily cholesterol limit.
    This knowledge has caused egg sales to drop in recent years,which in turn has brought about the development of several alternatives to eating regular eggs.One alternative is to eat substitute eggs.These egg substitutes are not real eggs,but they look somewhat like eggs when they are cooked.They have the advantage of having lower cholesterol rates,and they can be scrambled or used in baking.One disadvantage,however,is that they are not good for frying,poaching,or boiling.A second alternative to regular eggs is a new type of eggs,sometimes called"designer''eggs.These eggs are  produced by hens that are fed low-fat diets consisting of ingredients such as canola oil,flax,and rice bran.In spite of their diets,however,these hens produce eggs that contain  the same amount of cholesterol as regular eggs.Yet,producers of these eggs claim that eating their eggs will not raise the blood cholesterol in humans.
    Egg producers claim that their product has been described unfairly.They use scientific studies to back up their claim.And  in tact  studies on the relationship between eggs and human cholesterol levels have brought mixed results.It may be that it is not the type of egg that is the main determinant of cholesterol but the person who is eating the eggs.Some people may be more sensitive to cholesterol from food than other people.In fact,there is evidence that certain dietary fats stimulate the body's production of blood cholesterol.Consequently,while it still makes sense to limit one's intake of eggs,even designer eggs,it seems that doing this without regulating dietary fat will probably not help reduce the blood cholesterol level.

10.Being sociable looks like a good way to add years to your life.Relationships with family,friends,neighbours,even pets,will all work,but the biggest longevity (長壽) increase seems to come from marriage or an equal relationship.The effect was first noted in 1858by William Farr,who wrote that widows and widowers (鰥夫) were at a much higher risk of dying than their married peers.Studies since then suggest that marriage could add as much as seven years to a man's life and two to a woman's.The effect holds for all causes of death,whether illness,accident or self-harm.
Even if the conditions are not good for you,marriage can more than compensate.Linda Waite of the University of Chicago has found that a married older man with heart disease can expect to live nearly four years longer than an unmarried man with a healthy heart.Likewise,a married  man who smokes more than a pack a day is likely to live as long as a divorced man who doesn't smoke.There's a flip side,however,as partners are more likely to become ill or die in the couple of years following their husband's or wife's death,and caring for a husband or wife with mental disorder can leave you with some of the same severe problems.Even so,the odds favour marriage.In a 30-year study of more than 10,000people,Nicholas Christakis of Harvard Medical School describes how all kinds of social networks have similar effects.
So how does it work?The effects are complex,affected by socio-economic factors,health-service provision,emotional support and other more physiological (生理的) parts.For example,social contact can increase development of the brain and immune system,leading to better health and less chance of depression later in life.People in supportive relationships may handle stress better.Then there are the psychological benefits of a supportive partner.
A life partner,children and good friends are all recommended if you aim to live to 100.The ultimate social network is still being mapped out,but Christakis says:"People are interconnected,so their health is interconnected."
