Parkour is considered as an extreme sport. As its participants dash around a city, they may jump over fences, run up walls and even move from rooftop to rooftop.

Parkour can be just as exciting and charming as it sounds, but its participants see Parkour much more than that.

Overcoming all the obstacles on the course and in life is part of the philosophy(理念) behind Parkour. This is the same as life. Cold can affect other parts of the body, the feet, for example. Heavy socks can warm your feet，if your feet are really cold. The art of growing dwarf trees, or “bonsai”（盆景） as their Japanese planters call them, is increasing in popularity in the United States. Growing bonsai can make a fascinating hobby for anyone who enjoys plants and creating beautiful effects with them. 【1】

All human beings possess a body clock. Along with other alerting systems, this governs the sleep/wake cycle and is therefore one of the main processes which govern sleep behaviour. Good teachers make the growth of critical (批判性的) thinking easier in their students, only to find that this can lead to a questioning of the teachers' basic beliefs. One year ago, I had a special English lesson hold at the railway station. It was quite different from the regular English classes we were familiar to, for we had no textbooks, no blackboard and no fixed seats.

Gathered at the entrance of the station, we were told to collect as much English words and sentence as possible there. Curious and excited, we walked around the station and looked everywhere, search for any information in English.
